Vaxcess offers an optional insurance billing pathway for practices in states where our supervising physicians are licensed. Your practice collects patient insurance information and demographics, then submits administration details to us.
How it works:
- Vaxcess bills insurance through Rume Medical Group contracts
- No cost to practice when insurance covers the vaccine
- If not covered or out-of-network, practice is billed at cash rate
- Pre-authorization optional (takes 1-2 business days)
